We may receive Personal Information about you from other sources, including your company/organization. For example, we may receive your Personal Information if: another person designates you as a contact person for your company/organization or includes information about you in proposal documents, social media posts, articles, feedback, comments, responses, messages, chats, photos, videos, or other data or content submitted through our Service.

Do not provide Personal Information about others unless you are authorized or required to do so by contract or applicable law. You may provide Personal Information on behalf of another person if you have provided them with a copy of this notice and obtained their explicit or express consent. Biometric Information You Provide Us
When you use our AI Avatar or Voice Cloning features, we may process data that constitutes 'Biometric Information' or 'Biometric Identifiers' under applicable laws (such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act or Maryland Online Data Privacy Act). Specifically, we may analyze the facial geometry from the photos you upload and create a voiceprint from the audio recordings you provide to generate your custom avatar and voiceover.
We collect and use your Biometric Information solely for the strictly necessary purpose of providing the Service you requested—specifically, to generate and animate your AI avatar and to synthesize your voice for video creation. We do not use your Biometric Information for user authentication or identification purposes unless explicitly disclosed.
Biometric Information You Provide About Others
Do not provide Biometric Information about others unless you are authorized or required to do so by contract or applicable law. You may provide Biometric Information on behalf of another person if you have provided them with a copy of this notice and obtained their explicit or express consent. We may ask you to provide evidence of that notice and consent.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use your Personal Information for the following purposes and as otherwise described in this Privacy Notice or at the time of collection:
To provide, operate and improve the Service;
To personalize your experience with the Service and communicate

Do Not Track

International Processing
While your data is stored securely in the US, authorized technical personnel at our headquarters in South Korea may access data for strictly necessary engineering support and service troubleshooting.

Our Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from, anyone under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information, they should contact us. We will delete such information as soon as reasonably practicable.

This vProp California Notice at Collection and Privacy Notice (" California Privacy Notice") supplements the information contained in our U.S. Privacy Policy. VoyagerX, Inc. We do not use it for inferring characteristics about you or for marketing purposes. We also do not use it to train our general artificial intelligence models or algorithms for the benefit of other users.
F. Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
2. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise the rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by either:
Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. To verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm your email address or log in to your account. For sensitive requests (like deletion of biometric information), we may require a higher degree of verification to protect your safety.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an Authorized Agent to submit a request on your behalf. To do so, you must provide the agent with signed written permission to do so. We may deny a request from an agent that does not submit proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf. We may also require you to verify your own identity directly with us.

4. Retention of Personal Information
We retain your personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Biometric Information Retention: Specific to
Biometric Information (face geometry and voiceprints), we retain this data only until the initial purpose for collecting it has been satisfied (e.g., the video is generated) or for three (3) years after your last interaction with the Service, whichever occurs first. After this period, it is permanently destroyed.
Payment and Transaction Information: We retain
transaction-related information for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
5. Shine the Light Law
California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Service that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
