Billing only begins after you enter your payment information and choose to upgrade to a paid plan. If you have not added a card or upgraded your plan, you will remain on the Free plan and will not be charged.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.

Credits are used to generate videos on the platform. Each video generation uses 10 credits.

The Starter plan does not include credit rollover. For Standard and Pro plans, any unused credits may be carried over for one additional month, applicable to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

The Free plan lets you explore vProp with basic access. Paid plans include monthly credits, premium templates, and advanced features for creating more videos.

No, a credit card is not required to get started. You can sign up without providing any payment information and create videos using the free trial.

In that case, you can purchase additional credits based on your needs and create as many videos as you'd like within that range. If you need more than 20 videos per month, we can also provide a customized plan. Please contact us at support@vprop.ai with details about your needs, and our team will be happy to assist.

Yes! Narration, templates, music, ratio, and more are all yours to edit on the Free plan. The only limit is replacing photos and regenerating animations — once per video. Upgrade to any paid plan for unlimited edits. However, projects created during the beta stage (before March 9, 2026) will remain fully editable without this restriction.

Yes. vProp uses a workspace system. The Owner or Manager manages billing and can invite team members to join the workspace so they can collaborate within the same account.

Videos created on the Free plan include a watermark. To remove the watermark, you need to upgrade to a paid plan.
